Have beed here previously and specifically gone to other great clip locations due to terrible results. Made an appointment today out of desperation. Received a text saying our appointment would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up and our name wasn’t on the list. The lady told us we were a minute late and our appointment had been cancelled as a result. Will never go back to this location and just wanted to give everyone a heads up to how they operate there.

I went to this store yesterday and got a haircut. I dont know if the person was new but it has to be the worst haircut. Spots, missed spots, cut to the wrong length and splotches. Awesome experience. Christin was fantastic and seemed genuinely interested in talking and in giving me a great haircut. She suggested how to correct my part and I made the change thanks to her educating me on why to move it, looks so much better. I do not understand others frustration and reviews about waiting when they clearly see it is only two stylists. I don’t know what the job entails other than cutting hair and I too waited for roughly 5 minutes, but that is to be expected. Some people need to get a grip. Observed the other stylist chatting up both of her clients in the time I was there as well did not get her name (Tall woman with multi colored hair). Overall great experience will be moving to this facility as my primary hair cut selection from Chaska all thanks to Christin!

As with any Great Clips location, the service here is hit or miss depending on who you get. I had a good experience the first two times I came here, but then I got a rushed and very poor haircut on my third visit. That haircut was so bad that it was almost worthless and that stylist (Theresa) was also pretty rough at times, particularly when using a buzzers around my ears.

We got right in and the stylist did a great job on my sons hair. Unfortunately in the time we were there , it felt like we were a “burden” to the stylists, like it was bad that we were taking up their time. Not much of a greeting, no smiles or asking how we were. Kind of cold. I’m thinking we will probably go to the other location near us.

I waited there until 7.55 pm, I left after that. I am going to this location for about 8 years. She said she can’t get me in and she told me come back tomorrow and she didn’t even say sorry. I will not going to back this location again. The employee was not with any other customer either and Other employee was with one customer .she is really nice all the time . Wife went there today. Poor customer service. Decent haircut for our son but multiple challenges with one stylist taking a break when there were lots of customers waiting and one customer being fit in when their name wasn’t in the que while we had to wait. Inexpensive haircut but wouldn’t recommend them.
