I take my son and daughter here for cuts. It is pretty text book as far as cuts go. However, I have brought in pics and asked for specific styles for my daughters hair and they seem to disregard my preference and do a generic version of it instead. I get it, though. They are trying to do basic cuts as fast as possible to save everyone money. I am cool with that and I agree that I am getting what I pay for, therefore a 4/5 review.

I like the fact that Great Clips locations are always fast, with minimal wait times, I like the online check in and availability times. I can go to any locations around the country in any state and they can look up the hair cutting notes within there corporate network and provide a hair cut the same way all the time, and I don’t have to explain it every time.

Little wait but well worth it. The stylist was very nice and helpful. I really enjoy coming here for haircuts because they are very professional and will listen to what you would like but also they give advice if they don’t think something would look good.

Didn’t have to wait to long. But, when I explained the lady how I wanted the hair style for my daughter, the job was terrible. I even told the lady if she wanted to keep picture of how my daughter wanted the bangs. It was not a hard style. And yet, was bad. It’s very hard to find someone who does a good job.

Normally I have a good haircut experience here with a pretty simple cut. But this time didn’t go as well. The stylist who cut my hair didn’t do as good as I had got my haircut last time. First off, it was too long in some areas. And what really disappointed me in the end was how she had stuck up my hair with the hair product and it didn’t end up looking too good. It had turned out pretty messy in the front of my hair and she didn’t stick it up the way I like it and how normally get. She may have been in a little of a rush during the haircut for the other customers waiting, but that is no excuse to do a poor job on cutting someone’s hair. Not to mention, She was also pretty rude when we had asked the lady to fix it. And even after that my hair still didn’t look that good once she did minor changes. I feel bad giving a poor review, but I am not very happy with this haircut experience and hope it will be better next time. Hopefully, I will get the same older lady I’ve liked in the past who always did a good job cutting my hair just the way I like it.

Stylists were unfriendly on the phone when I asked about getting adjustments to my cut from the previous day and very unwelcoming when I went in to do so, even though adjustments are part of their policy. They were also markedly not open to giving input on how something might look or how best to cut my hair to keep it healthy, just saying “if that’s how you want it, that’s how I’ll cut it”. I’m not sure if this is because l’d had a coupon the previous day, but I still tipped 15% on the regular price of a haircut. Though I’m happy with my cut, I would still go somewhere else next time due to the uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience.
