Great place to grab an I and out hair cut. They follow the mask rules like they should. Not saying I agree one way or the other, but their doing what their supposed to be doing. No bears cuts yet. I have a one year beard going here but that’s ok, I respect the rules and adhere to them myself. Gal that cut my hair was polite and cares for my opinion on my cut. I’m an easy one. Thanks though Delano Greay Clips. Great work. I’ll be back.

I come here often to get my haircut but the last time I went a lady with white hair with no neck gave me a haircut. I asked for my sideburns to be trimmed, she cut them off. Not only did that happen but she messed it all up. She also didnt have any personality.

When I walked in, the woman cutting my hair asked if I was wearing a shirt under my sweatshirt. When I replied “no,” she rolled her eyes and sighed saying, “Then I won’t be able to cut your hair even.” She yanked my head around as the roughly combed through my hair, which has now left my hair damaged on its ends. When giving me my receipt, I thought they did tips by percentages there, like every other haircut place I’ve been to. Clearly not. When handing the receipt back to her, she replied with “What the hell is this?” Overall, my experience at Great Clips in Delano was terrible and I will not be going back!

My brother went in for a haircut and came home with one of the worst cuts I have ever seen. One side way shorter than the other around his ears and back was way too long. Went back to have it fixed and was met with the worst customer service. Bad haircuts happen, we get that. When the customer comes back to get an obviously messed up haircut fixed, just apologize and fix it.
