Asked for 1/2 inch on the sides and 1.5 inch left on top. She cut it down to 3/4 of an inch. I like to leave the top longer to make my thining hair less noticeable thining on top now its very noticeable. Didn’t get her name but she is a Burnette with tattoos on her forearms.

Uneven bangs and coller. The stylist was very distracted. Not the worst cut I’ve had but close to it. I didn’t think about this until after I left but she never took the mirror out to show me the back and sides. She flew through my cut in about ten minutes. No tip. Wont be back.

I really like Great Clips for a quick haircut and have been going to this location for years. It is well maintained and the staff care. My only real issue is not with this store but with the corporate online reservation system. So, you can’t really make a formal reservation but you can log in to get in line on the app. You will get an estimated wait time which is better than nothing. Too bad it doesn’t work very well. Today I got a text that they were ready for me in 15 minutes, I walked in about five minutes later and the app said the wait would be 29 more minutes! They told me two people just left for the day . . . So why does the app not schedule based on resource availability. Sorry Great Clips but this is just silly and you need to fix it. I gave the store five stars but the app system is a only three stars at best.

This place operates by a “wait for us” mentality. It’s constantly at an hour plus wait for their check in system, which is the only system. They never staff enough people to alleviate that wait. The wait is often inaccurate and is usually longer. If you try to plan for that inaccuracy, or they happen to be faster and you’re not there when you reach the top of the lost, you’re deleted.

Rude lady at counter. They had a 55 minute wait. I put it on the app . Show up and hour later and she said my time expired. Used Great Clips for years this was the worst experience ever.
