I usually cut my girls’ hair and figured it would be fun to bring them somewhere to get it professionally cut. They each had their own stylist and all they wanted was a simple trim. From a distance their hair looked good. Boy, was I WRONG, worst hair cut I’ve ever seen. Not straight at all.. not even close. We Will never go back again!

The staff were very kind, professional and pretty accurate on their wait time which allowed me to go run my other errands and I got back about 10 min from when they called us. Critical: QualityI went here for a trim and asked to frame around my face and round the ends at the bottom. While I appreciate conversation while getting my hair done, I believe there needs to be equal attention to the job being done, if not more. I was talked to the whole time and after the trim, I wasn’t offered a look at the back or even asked if that was all. My face did not get framed and I didn’t even get a chance to say so because the stylist was too busy telling a story. She simply lowered the chair, took my apron off and started walking to the register all while talking. I went to another salon to have my hair colored and face framed. She showed me the back and it was terrible. Very choppy and one side in the back was a sharp diagonal line and the other side was a gradual slope.
