I had Tessa as my hair stylist today. She was phenomenal with how patient she was. I had long curly hair (as a guy) and an unshaved beard to be trimmed. So my kids and husband have gone here and have had great experiences. So on 5/31/2022 I went to get my hair cut. First of all a very long wait time, and yes I did check in online. Then the lady insulted my hair telling me it is thin with a lot of breakage . Which I knew and didn’t need to be told . I thought that was totally rude . So I wanted a longer bob, not really inverted but not shorter in the front then back. So when the lady was done my hair was wet and she didn’t even show it to me . Honestly I haven’t got my hair cut at a great clips for many years so I thought maybe they leave it wet I don’t know . Anyway next day curled my hair and I loved it . But these past two days I straightened it and it is not even. The back is a lot shorter but even for an invert cut its not a nice gradual cut . Horrible cut , rude lady!

My name is Julian, I have been going to this very great clips for the last 10 years. Unfortunately today I realized I will no longer be a patron. I was in dire need of a haircut today and was in a hurry due to it being my graduation party. In retrospect I wish I could’ve gone a different day but only the weekend fit my schedule due to work. I checked google and it said they were open 9-5, I checked the app and it said they were open 9-5, I EVEN CHECKED THE SIGN ON THE DOOR AND IT SAID THEY WERE OPEN 9-4. They were completely closed, myself and a few other people who wanted haircuts had to walk away disappointed. I have not been let down by great clips but it took me an hour to drive there due to horrible traffic. It ended up being a complete waste of time and really set my day off poorly and left me not confident for my party. I wish I could give this negative stars, I will not be going back to Great Clips without calling, if at all.

Service was great, friendly, and I didn’t have to wait when I got there. I was happy to have a conversation with my stylist and it made the haircut all the more interesting!! 2 out of 2 visits with utter dissatisfaction… Wife usually cuts my hair but in a clinch i head to the nearest hair salon. Lady that cut my hair had great skills and dexterity but left hair residue all over my face and earlobe. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere… Sad i tipped both times and now regret
