Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHairstylist at this location are really good except a lady called “SAI”, my kid and me had really ruff day today, I never experienced such a rude and unprofessional behavior in my life.She started the haircut in very bad note with my kid, not sure why she is so serious. No talking or engaging with kid. She trimmed my kids side burns to shortest possible (like no side burns at all) and when I asked her about this, she said my kid was moving and she took a chance. While leaving the location, Sai said that I do not need to pay, I insisted I want to pay and she started talking rudely again with high pitch and also yelled at me and my kid “to leave the premises”.I have been to this location multiple times and saw this lady’s unprofessional behavior with other clients and messing with their hair. Today I was concerned when started hair job with my kid, and my concern turned out to be true. I am a customer for great clips since last 8 years, always referred my friends and family to this salon chain. Critical: QualityKarla talked the entire time she was (not paying attention to) cutting my hair. She even stopped a few times to stand and talk. She said she was taking off a half inch, but after several times (eventually gave up) saying she couldn’t get the cut even, she had cut off two inches. She was supposed to cut my bangs to land just above my eyebrows, and instead, she cut them an inch above the brow line. She cut a chunk of hair on the right side just behind the bangs line that is almost three inches shorter than any other part of the haircut. She said she was taking off a half inch, but after several times (eventually gave up) saying she couldn’t get the cut even, she had cut off two inches.
