Disappointed. On 5/21/22, we waited for over 1.5 hours for service. We then only learned this great clips staff are very limited to their style abilities. A simple task of styling a hair bun with a hair braid could not be done. Online, great clips explains they can conduct formal, long and short hair styles; However, this is not the case according to their staff at the salon. Choose another great clips or other salon for your needs.

Worst cut ever again. Women should not go here. You think I would learn. Haircut was only 3 inches shorter than I wanted. With no way to style. Showed stylist picture of what I wanted it was not a Dutch boy paint can photo. Miss fantastic Sam’s in albertville. Next time I’ll just lift my ponytail. (Once it grows long enough for a ponytail. ) and cut it off and save my money. Haven’t been here in over 5 years said then I would never go back but Fantastic Sam’s closed. Really wish I had not went.

The people here shouldn’t be allowed to cut hair. My daughter (7) got a hair cut here. We asked for shoulder length, but they couldn’t understand what that meant. They proceeded to butcher my daughter’s hair, not listening to us when we asked the “stylist” to stop. It was ridiculous and sad that they couldn’t understand simple instructions to trim a little girl’s hair. My daughter walked out crying… Recommendation: Go here if you want entertain shaving your hair off to start over.

Critical: ProfessionalismThis was my first time coming into this great clips to get a quick trim on my day off. I was very excited about getting a much needed haircut but instead was only met with being forgotten about! I waited in my car for 2 hours! Waiting for a message for my haircut. I went inside to check if I was next, only to find my name was taken off the list completely! I told them I had been waiting for 2 hours & they only offered to put me back at the bottom of the list so I could wait 30 more minutes. They didn’t even say sorry or had any sympathy towards me. I had things to do with my day. I called them as I waited in my car & asked them to take me off the list because I was too tired of waiting & I explained the situation. The woman on the phone only said, “well I’m sorry but I’m not sure what I can do about that” what??? Maybe offer more services so I can come back? I felt like they didn’t care that they forgot about me or if I even came back at all. They could’ve offered to put me on the top of the list for waiting over 2 hours on my day off?? Nothing was offered to help. I work in guest services & this was just so unprofessional, not to mention they didn’t even offer to help me. I am not coming back here ever again.
