I took my 4yr old daughter for her FIRST cut and she is special needs and a stylist was NOT doing my daughter’s hair was rather rude to me. she told me that I needed to move and that technically I should be in the lobby……. BUT she would not “kick me out” of the area…I found it crazy they would expect a 4 yr old to go with a complete STRANGER…I just felt it was super disrespectful. If you cannot accommodate a parent accompanying their non verbal 4yr old child in the area…perhaps don’t offer the services. Haircut was fine…however the customer service aspect ruined it all.

I asked for My bangs to be right above eye brow. WELL when she finished my bangs- she cut them so short- I look like I have bowl cut. She cut the sides of bangs that were meant to be long, she didn’t even ask.

They messed up my sons hair. The stylist Amy got angry and disrespectful when I told her we weren’t happy and told me there was nothing wrong that she has been doing hair for 30 years now. Samantha the manager tried to fix it but you cant put hair back. Also she advised me all that would be done with Amy was to talk to her. So basically everyone had an attitude because their stylist messed up my sons hair!! (the day before pictures none the less) I wont be back to this location after this experience! In fact I’m going to figure out the chain of command and let them know what an awful experience and hair cut he was given. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Shame on yall!!!!

My chunk of curly hair turned to manageable short hair. Haven’t visited salons for years but the man who gove it a summer look showed his extreme patient and efficiency.Step by step with mask on he did it so so well. He was almost my daddy’s age.
