I have been coming here for about a year and I almost always get a satisfactory hair cut. I get a pretty common bald fade cut. Kinda like a military cut but not as tight, not super complex. Kim has tried twice now and both times it’s been really bad. I’ve tried explaining how to fix it and she seems like she does not have to ability to make it look good. Minh thankfully told me she would fix it and she did! I’m always pleased with her cuts! I wish you had the ability to specify hair stylist on the check in app. Because I don’t like to point fingers and make a fuss, I just don’t want Kim touching my hair…

My 7 yr old left this salon with a terrible haircut. I had shown the hairdresser a picture of my son’s haircut from a year before and asked that it be cut exactly like that. When she had originally finished, it did not look anything like the photo I had shown her. So, of course I pointed out the parts that needed to be fixed. I could tell in her voice that she was getting rather impatient. His haircut still isn’t what I asked for. Now I am having to try and fix his hair myself. I’m quite frustrated. I won’t be returning.

I stopped in on a Saturday morning for a spontaneous haircut that was long overdue. Zero wait-time (but make sure to check-in online through their website). Jen assisted with cutting and styling my hair. She did amazing! I walked out looking like a new woman. Love it! Definitely recommend my friends and family to see Jen @ Great Clips! The lady with the short red hair jacked my hair up because she wanted to leave. I’ve only ever had great clips cut my hair with scissors on top but she was using a trimmer and she was going so fast. My wife had to fix so much when i got home. I usually have great experiences with Great Clips but that lady really messed things up.

Horrible service every time I’ve tried this location. This time I was called Michael instead of Michelle and when I corrected Minh she just said “which ever of you” pointing to me and my husband. I said I wanted shoulder length with med layers and I left with a mullet because she overlayered my hair. As if the cut wasn’t bad enough on top of insulting me by not acknowledging mispronunciation of my name but whenever she came to a tangle instead of using conditioner to loosen it she just ripped my hair out. I was crying in the parking lot afterwards. I feel so ugly and insulted, thank you great clips.

I have never had such a terrible haircut!!! Literally in tears!!! I had long hair, past my bra line in back, and after Min (spelling?) cut it, I ended up with just below shoulder length hair with CHOPPY layers. I look like I have chunks missing out of my hair when I put it up or comb it straight in back. Haircut
