I have gone to great clips for years and this place changed that immediately. I had the worst experience out of hundreds of cuts and won’t be giving my business to them any more. I unfortunately have to head in there one last time to get a refund after they completely butchered my hair yesterday. I got home to realize there were angled lines shaved into my head down to the scalp all across the back of my head. I definitely thought it was strange when she chose not to shop me the back of my head with a mirror after the cut but quickly found out why. The staff was extremely rude at this location and scoffed at me when I was trying to describe the cut I wanted because I wasn’t using the “industry standard” language.

I shared a picture with my hairdresser and told her i understood my haircut would not look the exact same due to the hair color being different and probably the hair texture being different as well but i would like a hair cut as close as possible to the photo. She wet my hair and brushed it down flat and bluntly cut across all of my hair to the length of my chin and told me to just style it with a round brush that i can buy from Ulta, no layers or any softening of the ends, she didn’t even blow dry my hair just a blunt cut and wet hair, i’m very dissatisfied with my haircut and i don’t think i will be returning.
