Apparently the person cutting my hair could not scissor cut my hair because her fingers were too big. Kind of interesting because the woman not a big person. Okay….whatever. So she used the clippers which went pretty well. But, when I got home I noticed a few things. My smallish side burns were not even, there was no attempt to clean the hair out of my ears and little attempt to clean other hair clippings off me and probably the worst was I had a ‘whitewall’ around one ear but not the other. At the beginning of the haircut I specifically stated I did NOT want a whitewall. (This is where skin shows around the ear). I will definitely not be using this person again. I am down to one person at the location I go to that I will use. I hope she doesn’t leave. It might be time to find a different place to get my hair cut.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTerrible experience. My haircut came out butchered. The staff were not professional at all. I came in when i got my check in text and got checked in, and waited for the lady ahead of me to finish up her cut. Once her and the son left the staff immediately started talking bad about them saying they were indecisive and taking up their time. My stylist as she was cutting my hair said to her coworker “i don’t care what she wanted im just trying to go home” in regards to her previous client. she then asked me what i wanted i told her i wanted face framing bangs and about an inch off the bottom, she then went back and forth about my cut. I showed her a reference on how i wanted my bangs to come out and she then replied with “i hope you know we close at 6” even tho again i checked in 70+ mins earlier online and showed up early to my check in. she then took a razor and quickly ran it across the front pieces of my hair. at that point i felt uncomfortable and clearly unwelcome so i called it good, paid and left. i came out with totally uneven, choppy, messy cut. i would 100% not recommend this location to anymore.Service: HaircutTerrible experience. Have been coming to great clips for years and plan to keep coming back. We have been impressed every time. All of the workers know what they’re doing and always do a fantastic job. With the online check in, you pretty much walk in and out very fast. Workers are extremely friendly and do a great job. Would recommend this place over many of the other hair salons around.

I have been to this location 2 times and both with different people cutting my hair. I have received great service both times. I will go back and would recommend it to any one looking for a good cut. The other reviews are from obvious high maintenance type people who don’t understand how to communicate with people then take to writing a bad review for there 2 minutes of fame.its hair if someone makes a mistake it will grow back. Everyone is human and sometimes we are not perfect so lighten up.

No issues here. I come to this location when my barber in Saint Paul isn’t available. The associates treat me well and usually strike up a conversation with me. I’m glad people still want to talk to each other instead of sitting in awkward silence. Friendly, courteous, and clean place. For a faster experience, I recommend setting up an online appointment, otherwise, walk-ins takes a long time.
