The manager is great. My daughter had a bad experience at a different Great clips salon (different chain), I called and explained what happened and they fixed her hair that afternoon free of charge. Over the last year or so they have made regular customers out of me and my family of 5. They also have a male barber in there, which is nice for a guy to have. So if you are interested in a hair do.. not a hair don’t, I’d recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I both got our hair cut and it wasn’t until we left I noticed that whoever cut his hair left all the trimmed hair on his forehead. Then it wasn’t until I we got home that I noticed my hair was butchered. They were already closed for the day at this point. I paid $34 and tipped both stylists nicely for this? Frustrated.
