Ok…one lady was being super aggressive about my boyfriend not knowing the exact kind of haircut he wanted. She had a really bad attitude, was complaining, walking around all angry and being so confrontational— she even did the same thing to a little girl and her dad who didn’t know what exact kind of haircut they wanted for her. My lady was nice but I asked for some layers and maybe a half inch off, but she cut it super short and choppy. Before and after below

I had long hair that went past my shoulders. I went it for a trim to get it cut to just above my shoulders at collar length. Everything was fine until the stylist asked if I wanted it layered. I said yes and the proceeded to chop off whole inches. Now I have a pixie cut and years of growing and caring for my hair are gone. I asked for a stylist and what I got was a butcher.

I have used this site for years, but will not return. I need to wear a mask and I asked if the stylist would wear a mask and she said no. So I said I would wait for the next stylist who was almost done. When she finished she did not acknowledge me and instead got on her phone sending messages. I finally went up to her and asked how much longer and she said she needed to finish sending messages. I left.

Asked for it just below my chin- which was probably about 2 inches off. I didn’t ask for any special style, cut, layer, literally just straight 2 inches off. 5 inches later I asked what was happening, and her response was- it looked right from the back. Well- now I look like Lord Farquhar! There is really no fixing too short. The next few months should be delightful. Thanks great clips. The part the bothered me the most is not ONE SINGLE other hair stylist offered other suggestions. They all just stared. I didn’t even make a fuss, get mad, or demanded anything. I quietly just said- it will grow back. She just kept apologizing and I just wanted to get out of there. Isn’t there supposed to be a manger on site to assist in this kind of thing? Sheesh. It was awful and I don’t just mean the cut the whole experience. (Sigh)
