The stylists are always friendly! They know who I am when I walk in, even though i only go once every 6-7 weeks. I am always happy with my haircuts. I had on inch cut straight off the back of my hair, none of the layers. My layers were actually pinned up so the part that was cut was very, very minimal. It was like a bang trim but even less work because there was no layering needed. However, they charged me for a haircut. Mine took 5 minutes where as the gentleman before me took 20 minutes.

Last Friday I went in for a basic haircut. The lady said she understood how I wanted it cut. But continued to not go short enough. My haircut on average takes about 25-30 minutes. She finished it in roughly 12 minutes. She bragged about how fast she is but it wasn’t done right. So now my bangs are too long. One spot she didn’t even cut at all. And the rest of my hair is about a half inch too long. So bad service just so they can move faster for more tips. Never going back!

I have never been to this Great Clips salon before. I chose it due to the rating it had and I was not disappointed. I used the online check in and had about a 5 minute wait when I got there. My stylist was Michelle and I can’t say enough good things about her. She listened to what I wanted and that is exactly what I got. I prefer a razor cut rather than a scissor cut but I usually don’t ask as many stylists are more comfortable using a scissors. To my surprise, Michelle used a razor and not a scissors for the cut. Great haircut, great stylist and a great overall experience. Thanks again Michelle, I walked out with exactly what I wanted!

First time at this location- the reviews are what brought me in to begin with, the high rating is legit. Talk about personable! Josie cut my hair and was very friendly, helpful, and clarified everything she was going to do to ensure I was going to be happy. All the staff was talkative and fun to be around. I love that it didn’t feel like the typical forced hairstylist conversations I’ve had in the past. I’d go back simply for the staff and welcoming atmosphere- though Josie did a really great cut as well! I will be back for sure. Keep up the great work!

Person pretty much shaved the bottom off and couldn’t blend. We had take my son to a different salon to fix his hair. We didn’t even trust that she could fix the job she did. This is why we stopped using Great Clips. Thought we would give it another try. Not again. Haircut
