Shannon messed my haircut up beyond repair and lied to me about not being able to put layer in my hair because it was colored. When I went to pay, I said $10 in cash and $10 on my card. She pocketed the $10 and charged $20 on my card. She said she couldn’t split the payment because she didn’t want a tip on my car because she’d have to pay taxes on it….. screw her. $30 for a 5 min haircut that is AWFUL.

Overall decent haircuts here. I’m a guy with an easy haircut, so take that into consideration. It’s about what you would expect for the price. The waits here are generally not too long. Sometimes it depends on when you visited. At least once I had several people who checked in online ahead of me and I was told it would be an hour wait because of the people who checked in online, even the actual lobby was empty. I put my name on the waiting list anyway, stepped outside for a few minutes, and walked back in and they said they could take me right away because the people who checked in online weren’t there yet. The staff there are very friendly. Some chat you up more than others. Pretty clean and they don’t try to push products too often.

Hair cuts and staff are good, but great clips app needs work. Check in online and it says 15 min, we drive there which is about 6 minutes, but when we get there and check in time changes to 23 minutes. Basically doubles, and this isn’t the first time. You need to fix your algorithm!
