One of the women that work here we won’t go too. She cut my young sons hair and she was so rough and rude he was literally crying. He had scratch marks on his neck. He’s had his haircut many times no issues and now he’s scared of getting one because she was so mean. My husband has gone to her and she was rude to him as well. She doesn’t listen. I’ve heard from others this woman acted the same way with them and they said they’d never go back. It’s unfortunate because the other women that work there are really nice and do a good job. We checked in twice now on separate days and had to leave after planning our day around getting a haircut because the rude woman was working so we left. Might have to find another place for the future because our limited free time in squeezing in a haircut and having to leave because she’s working is too much of a hassle.

This place is usually hit or miss. I find that sometimes when I go there, I’ll get a decent haircut, while other times I’ll get butchered haircuts. They do seem short handed sometimes and you don’t always see the usual hair stylists who cut your hair. Overall this place is decent but could be better. Haircut

Incredibly friendly staff and fast service, but not the place if you have any sort of alternative hairstyle. I asked my stylist to just maintain my current cut and trim it down, and she completely cut off a few chunks of hair that I had been growing out for close to 4 years to try to “round out” the back of my neck. It’s also a bit uneven, closer to a chevron on one side and a semicircle on the other.

I am very satisfied with my service here. My haircut looks good and the stylist was very friendly and talented. The only reason they didn’t get 5 stars is technically not even their fault. The whole checking in procedure isn’t ideal, but it is what it is these days. Other then that, I have no complaints.
