I have been coming here for many years and you get good service from everyone. The haircuts are not always on point even with the same person cutting your hair but they are always respectful and if you need it fixed, you can always come back and they never question you. Though there is only a few salons, this place is perfect for my needs.

I put myself on the online waiting list and walked to the location. When I arrived there were two other people standing at the check-in desk and we were told by one of the employees that if we had checked in online we should take a seat and they will come to us. Which we did. Three times customers with finished haircuts paid and at that time the employee read the names names from the posted list. The next two times they skipped my name and called people listed below me on the list. At that point I asked why I was being skipped and I was told I also needed to check in at the desk. How was I to know that? Why check in online? And, of course, I was told to sit down when I was originally at the desk. If I had not asked I would have just sat there until…who knows? Why couldn’t one of the employees, after finishing with their current customer ask us if we had been checked in? There are signs posted throughout the business asking customers to “Please be kind” to the employees. I can surmise why that is necessary.

this has to be the worst service and the worst haircut that i think i have ever had . they first off were extremely rude . second off i showed the stylist a picture of the cut i would like and at the end it looked nothing like the photo i give , and i mean you wouldn’t recognize that was the hair style i wanted .

The last time I got a haircut at this location they messed up my hair. I figured maybe the lady had a bad day, so I went to get a haircut again today. My hair is so bad I had to go to a barber shop to get it fixed. I am so disappointed I figured $20 isn’t to bad for a haircut, but after the $20 at Great Clips and then $35 and tip to fix my hair at barber shop this is ridiculous. I will never go back.
