My hair texture is different and understanding that I called 2 hour before coming in to make sure there was someone available to handle my type of hair and they assured me that there was. When I arrived and checked in , I asked the question again and was assured that there was. Was told it was a 30 minute wait. When it got to my turn, my stylist told she was not comfortable doing my hair if I didn’t mind waiting. I was ok with that. However Noone admitted to being able to cut my hair. I felt so embarrassed. This is what I tried to avoid. I was left sitting there with every stylist claiming they couldn’t cut my hair asking who I spoke to. General could not care less attitudes. It was an unfortunate circumstance, also completely disrespectful.
