You combined 2 locations in to one,but yet you never seem to have more than 3 stylists working. Right now there is only 2 here right now and you can’t take anymore customers for the day. Been coming to great clips for years, the cottage Grove location seems to have more staff. Haircut

Went in to go to the bathroom was waiting on my friend to get done with their hair being cut at Great Clips. Lady was super rude said bathroom was for customers only. I was pregnant at the time. Great clips should change their policy to not discriminate against pregnant women or jump to conclusions and be rude.

I really like the check in app. Saves time since you controll when you show up since I get stressed out waiting. You know just like waiting in the doctor’s office. My only gripe now since they combined 2 locations the estimated times now sits around 55 to 65 minutes.

Got the best hair got ever! I have been going Great Clips on Vermillion for awhile and do not remember ever getting a bad cut but this last one was exceptional. I think her name was Deana? Have an app for wait times that is totally inaccurate. Checked in for a haircut had a 15 minute wait time. Got ready to leave had a 6 minute wait time when I left my house. Hurry to get there on time I walk in and I’m first on the list and am told there are three people in front of me. I won’t ever be back. Used the app other times and have had the times jump up after counting down.
