I usually go to the owatonna great clips because that one is closer to me, however they were fully booked and weren’t accepting online check ins. I decided to go to this one and I must say the guy who gave me a haircut did such a great job. I don’t know what his name is but I’ve never had such a fresh cut. Definitely recommend. Haircut

Took my son for a haircut. The lady that cut it was rough with him. Had his chin hitting his chest. I went up to ask if he was OK. And when I sat back down she asked lf there was a problem across the salon in front of other guest. Very rudely! She was originally from the Owatonna location. But I guess in Faribault now. Will never return.

Don’t go here for a haircut unless you have nothing else to do for a couple of hours. The app is a joke. I checked in online and 53 min was the wait time given. 53 min later the wait time had changed to 30 min. 25+ min later the app told us 5 min left, so we headed there since I live close by we arrived in under 5 min. Went inside to check in and sat there waiting another 25 min. Apparently we got there just in time for the while staff to sweep and clean their stations and disappear in back for a bit. I understand you need to clean up and it was later in the day, but honestly, why bother using the app if you have to wait 30+ min when you arrive anyway? This is the 3rd time this has happened to us so it’s not just that we caught them in a bad day.

I went a couple weeks back and came home with a disaster. This stylist is still apparently employed there as a part time back up. She needs to go back to training. I went back to get this taken care of today and while the new stylist took great care of me. I was perplexed as to why I was charged again for a full cut. She admittedly & repeatedly said OMG what the … did she do. Bringing it up with coworkers. She kept saying anythime you need to come back we want to make it right? This is my confusion. As I reiteratted that’s why I’m here. Being a long time business owner I always made “bad” into “good” on my dime. I did tip the 1st time being I wasn’t wearing my glasses and have had good experiences at the other location this group is a part of. I did tip again as well today. Should I have had to pay anything or yet full price to fix this tipping aside? I’ll wait for a response before I may move my rating.
