The only troubling aspect was the mound of hair clippings that was piled outside the front door. It doesn’t seem to be very neighborly to the other businesses and is generally off-putting.

No changing table and it looked like there’s room for one. Checked in online, estimated wait time was weird like I was bumped or 4 people booked online at once before closing shortly after. So it said 34 minute wait when it scheduled AND when I got there. Maybe I was late? They stayed after too tho 🙂 tolerated my happy screaming baby very well!

I used to love great clips. Stopped coming a while back because they keep messing up my hair. Started going to a different one, and had the same issue. I have a simple haircut. It’s long on top, shaved sides and back. Every time I come here more gets cut off the top because they rush through cutting it. I’ve been growing my hair for 2 years only to have the person who cut my hair cut a big chunk out of the past shoulder length part of it and now it’s uneven and I may have to cut it and start over. No apology, no acknowledgement when I noticed it. Everyone has a bad day, but come on. This happens every time I come here. I don’t know the hair dressers name but she has done this multiple times. Do not recommend.

As anyone in the Autism community knows, getting a haircut can be a real challenge. I have brought my 11 year old son with autism to this location several times. I’ve always had a great experience despite the challenges. Our stylist today, Kallie, was beyond outstanding. She asked him questions and listened to all of his nonverbal cues. His haircut looks great and he is happy! Which makes me happy, a serious win at Great Clips!
