Very bad service I wanted for a haircut show the lady the picture of what I wanted asked her if she needed to see it as a reference and she said no not even close to what the picture was and the lines on the sides weren’t even even nor was the fade do not recommend this place. I called the place that day to complain lady said manager would call me never got a phone call.

Great clips did a great job on my sons hair and I have never really had any issues there. Staff is always nice. Only issue I have had comes from there online sign up. When we got there the screen showed my sons name but some how it changed to my name. Now it has been about a year since I last went to great clips. The biggest problem is still there online system. I put in me my wife and son for hear cuts. We got there and my name was on the screen but the lady kept telling me that I was not listed for a hair cut. They rally need to fix that online system.
