I LOVE Cathy, she is the only one I let cut my hair! BUT, it is getting harder and harder to go to this salon, because of the way they schedule! Supposed to make an On-line appointment, can’t choose a stylist, an Hour 1/2 wait, because I have to let people in front of me, ; because I don’t want just anyone. Why even have early check-in? None of it makes any sense! They take the enjoyment out of a haircut. Need to be able to reserve certain stylist.

Update: I have spoke to the owner who was very understanding and patient with me. She completely explained the wait time and answered all of my questions. As far as the poor customer service, all has been resolved in my opinion.
