Visited this location for a simple trim to clean up my dead ends and get subtle layers. Got a shampoo done which was fine. Sat down at her station. Counter was not cleaned up from previous customers. She asked where my part was and I pointed to my off center part. She proceeded and sectioned off my hair from the center. Layers were about 4-5 inches from the bottom layer of my hair which are not subtle at all. Hair length ended up being uneven. Overall, very disappointed with what I thought would be a simple task.

Place was clean and organized. The wait time was minimal and the service was courteous. This is the 3rd time we have tried Great Clips and also the 3rd location, all of which got his haircut done quickly but apparently to quick. Each one has been uneven and done too quick, as if in a rush. Maybe we just happen to get the not “bare minimum” employee each time by some crazy chance but we will not be going to Not So Great Clips anymore.
