I too had a very bad haircut over two year’s ago at this location! I asked for layer’s and a couple of inches off. What I got was no actual layer’s it was so choppy and she cut off about 4 inch’s. It was uneven and so bad I had no choice but to let it grow out it couldn’t be fixed! It was as though she decided what my hair should look like. I also wasn’t given the opportunity to look in the mirror at the back or side’s. Apparently they haven’t gotten any better since then. I wouldn’t suggest going here at all!!

I made an online checkin for 4 people. We walked in with nobody there. They cut my 3 kids hair and refused to cut mine. I have been going to great clips for 7 yrs with 4 cuts per appointment added in up to over $4,000 in revenue. I thought it was extremely rude. I also run a business and would never treat any customer with such disprect as I was treated. The staff was ignorant. I went home and cut my own hair. Thanks Great Clips Lake Hallie.

Normally I like to go here for a good and quick hair cut for my son. It’s right by Walmart so thought I’d get my sons hair done right after shopping, 2 errands done, 1 trip. However last Thursday the hair cut was really rushed. Must have been in and out in 10 minutes. My sons hair was uneven and so disappointing since this week is Christmas. I didn’t get a good look until we got home and there were people waiting I didn’t want to make a fuss or a scene. I’m considering taking him back to get it fixed but don’t know if it would be worth it.

I drifted away from my usual haircut locations and received a trim here. The facility is very nice and the staff seem to follow Covid recommendations. Their prices seem a bit higher than my usual locations in Minnesota but the service and my haircut was very nice. Be aware that you have to use the one way road around McDonald’s to get to the front door.
