To say I’m upset is an understatement. I called to verify they do thermal styles, was told yes for $25. I then drove over an hour to get my hair styled, waited on the waitlist for over 2 hours, just for it to finally be my turn and they tell me they’re not doing styles today. I went to this location right when they opened. The two stylists working said they were short staffed and were down two other employees. I got in right away, but had my doubts about the stylist based on her own hair combing techniques. My hair is cut with a 1 on the sides and faded up into 1 inch on the top. The stylist took a long time to shave the sides of my head and did an poor job on the top of my head. I have never seen a stylist use her fade technique and its outcome showed. I sat in the chair and cringed the entire haircut and wanted to leave halfway through. I paid $23 for the cut and now I am looking for another stylist to fix it.

Worst haircut I’ve ever received store was not by any means busy and stylist had no reason to be in a rush. I am a very simple cut 1.5 all over no sideburns and make the back look good. After 1 quick pass with the 1.5 the back was then trimmed no attention given to anything beyond the actual hairline side burns not touched at all. Sitting there it was quite evident the stylist had no interest in being there. I was agitated with the neckline and sideburns unaware at this point that wasn’t all I should be unsatisfied with. Once home my wife asked who attempted to cut your hair? After looking in the mirror with good light the number of long uncut hairs was ridiculous. I then made an appointment with another salon to get my hair recut. 2 haircuts in 1 day for a guy with very little hair!
