Critical: QualityI showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. I ended up with the right concept but way too short. And I told her don’t make it too short. I showed the lady a picture of how I wanted my hair cut. I ended up with the right concept but way too short. And I told her don’t make it too short. After was all said and done and I saw it was shorter than I wanted, I told her it was shorter than I wanted and all she said was well it will be easier to manage now since you don’t do anything with your hair anyways. I’ll never go back to this location again

Critical: QualityI unfortunately haven’t had much luck with Great Clips. I thought a different city and different hair dressers would change my opinion but I was wrong. She was incredibly friendly and kind, but her blending layers and face framing was incredibly awful. I didn’t want to show I was upset but she just kept taking more and more off. She took too much off in front at once. When she did try to correct she just took more off in the front, I made the choice to leave and fix it on my own. They still charged me full price, knowing I was incredibly unhappy. Everyone there needs more training and that includes the manager. I’m not normally someone who tells the hairdresser I’m upset but with continuously bad haircuts from multiple locations pushed me to complain. I unfortunately haven’t had much luck with Great Clips. I thought a different city and different hair dressers would change my opinion but I was wrong. She was incredibly friendly and kind, but her blending layers and face framing was incredibly awful. I didn’t want to show I was upset but she just kept taking more and more off.
