Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have used this location since it opened with myself and several sons and today was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was abrupt when I came in to make an appointment. I was told to come back in an hour and then waited an hour and a 1/2 after returning. This I sympathize with with the shortage of help and these busy times. When my time came to sit in the chair the stylisti asked me she should do the same thing as on the computer I said yes.. She rushed through the haircut did not ask me if it was OK or put a mirror up for me to look at it but simply took off the the cover and said she was done. I have always been pleased with the pleasantness and thoughtfulness of staff at this location. I have used this location since it opened with myself and several sons and today was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff was abrupt when I came in to make an appointment. I was told to come back in an hour and then waited an hour and a 1/2 after returning. This I sympathize with with the shortage of help and these busy times. Critical: PunctualityWent there for a haircut, checked in with estimated wait time of 35 minutes and was told I’d be receiving a text letting me know when there was 15 minutes left in my wait. Walked in 15 minutes after my text and was told that it would be another 10 minutes or so because they let someone in who checked in right after me. Then I walked in again after the ten minutes and was told it would be another 15 minutes since someone else who also arrived after me just showed up. Absolutely horrible service. Went there for a haircut, checked in with estimated wait time of 35 minutes and was told I’d be receiving a text letting me know when there was 15 minutes left in my wait. Walked in 15 minutes after my text and was told that it would be another 10 minutes or so because they let someone in who checked in right after me. Then I walked in again after the ten minutes and was told it would be another 15 minutes since someone else who also arrived after me just showed up. Absolutely horrible service. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityBooked a time to get a hair cut through their app. It was a 50 minute wait. Showed up on time but was asked why I did not have a mask. Keep in mind, their website said mask were optional. I was scolded for not having a mask and then told that even though a had an appointment, they were closing. As you can imagine, I was a little upset with them for completely wasting my time. I went online to complain on their direct corporate website. The next day I received a voicemail from a local manager that expressed the need to talk. I called back the next day and left a message but she never return my call. I guess it’s my own fault for expecting this business to be somewhat professional. They can do what they feel is best for their business. I was a loyal customer but will no longer give them my business. This was an easy transaction that they chose to make it difficult and very unprofessional. My advice to them is to think before you talk to customers. Booked a time to get a hair cut through their app. It was a 50 minute wait. Showed up on time but was asked why I did not have a mask. Keep in mind, their website said mask were optional. I was scolded for not having a mask and then told that even though a had an appointment, they were closing. As you can imagine, I was a little upset with them for completely wasting my time.
