I’ve gone here for a while now and it’s such a hit or miss. This last time the lady was rude and walked immediately to the register before I had time to say if I wanted something different. Left it too long and looks weird. Lost a customer and not worth the hassle of gambling in a decent hair cut.

My 2 year old son’s 1st haircut yesterday afternoon was butchered! I cried on the way home. I asked for the front cut so he could see better and to keep his curls…she literally chopped it and completed in 2 minutes. I told her to stop at one point bc he looked so horrible. She gave me 1/2 off since she knew she sucked and ruined his hair. This older lady should NEVER cut hair and needs to quit since they clearly are hard up for anyone to work there! Sad day and for the next few months for us.

I’ve been going there since I was just a kid. They’ve had a lot of the same employees for many many years so you really get to know them well. I wish cuts weren’t so expensive tho. I’d rather leave a bigger tip than pay more for the cut
