Critical: ProfessionalismHorrific experience. The Lady didn’t hardly look at us. I do not know her name. She had dark roots that faded into blond, wavy medium to long length. She rattled off buzzer measurements of what was used on my 2 year old according to what they had on file from his previous hair cut. Not knowing buzzer blade measurements, I told her as long as it’s like last time, that’s fine. She started buzzing away. As soon as I saw my son’s scalp, I gasped. I told her I never agreed to it being that short. She never stopped. She did even look at me. She kept buzzing and proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t her fault, it must have been entered incorrectly. I told her that she could have verified the size of the blade to show me just how short it would be ahead of time and that I would have never agreed to seeing his scalp. She quickly checked the computer and said “well! this was what was on file, not my fault you don’t know what inches means.” I was appalled. I burst into tears at this point. Will not return. I brought my daughter here for her very first hair cut. She was super excited. What looked to be the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She proceeded to not use any spray and just ripped through my daughter’s hair. She had no conversation with my daughter at all and my daughter left in tears. She tried to call me a liar and state that my daughters hair had been previously cut when in fact this was her very first hair cut. If I could give this place a zero star with a warning label I would
