Cuts for my two boys were fine. Neither staff member made conversation with either of my boys or me during their cuts which was disappointing because one of my boys has a “fear” of getting his hair cut and I had hoped conversation would have helped ease his nerves. Long wait times even if you check in online ahead of time. Estimated wait time continuously changes on the app. If you’re waiting in the store physically and someone comes in after you’ve been waiting for 40mins they still take that person who just walked in. That’s a little frustrating. There was a tv but it wasn’t on for the five us waiting in chairs. The service they provided was satisfactory but the experience sucked.

Friendly staff and I like the process they have with first checking in online and then they text you 15 minutes before they will be ready for you. Also being able to see how long the wait will be is very helpful in deciding if their schedule works with mine.

Loved the stylist that cut my hair, she was so funny. She listened to what I wanted done with my hair and made sure that I was happy multiple times with the cut during the process.

Went in hoping to get a nice cut. I was in an out in 15 min. And 10 of that was waiting. Lady that cut my hair said but 3 words the entire time even through checkout, disregarded what length i wanted and did a different one and ultimately ruined my entire experience with them.
