Critical: ProfessionalismI got my hair cut on 5/8/2021. I first checked in online. 36 minute wait, that’s okay. I get there, it’s my first haircut in over a year thanks to COVID, and the lady at the desk was snappy. The online check in said to go in and let them know that you’ve arrived and that’s what I did. She rudely asked for my name and looked at me and said “your more than half an hour early” when that was not the case since I left for the salon 15-20 minutes after checking in. When I finally got served the lady cutting my hair was hesitant every time I told her exactly what I wanted. She didn’t layer or blend anything other than the back. Abbie is the first person EVER to understand EXACTLY what I wanted. She layered and textured my hair perfectly. I can’t begin to tell you how frustrating it’s been finding someone and she got it on the first go. Highly recommend Abbie!

Was told to come back at 1148 was there until about 1 before I got a simple cut hair already short cut took less than 5 min. But shouldn’t have had to wait when I was told to already wait 50 mins.
