I just got my air it here today after growing my hair out for over a year so I figured it was time to get it cut after I get home being able to see up lose my hair was not even at all bangs arnt even my hair was cut with scissors after a long guard on the sides and back and hair is chopped up all over different lengths like it doesn’t look good at all if I would of known my hair was gonna look like this I wouldn’t of waisted my money and would of gone somewhere else I’ve never had such a bad haircut in my life as messed up as it is I have to cover it up with a hat now

My fiancé got a hair cut that didn’t turn out very well. I jokingly tell him he looks like Lloyd from Dumb and Dumber but sadly he does. His hair was cut uneven and choppy, it almost looks like he’s got a toupee on one side of his head. The back of it is uneven and left some hairs in random spots. We wanted to go back and get it fixed but we left that town the same day we went. Not sure if every stylist is different in their craft but I would just read reviews before going here.

I was unlucky to get a newbie. This newbie took a extra deep cut on the back of my head which a different stylist needed to correct. I also had a beard but she cut up the side burns. I needed to shave my beard because of the gap she did. Then they still made me pay full price for the cut. Beware.

I took my nephew here for a hair cut yesterday. We did a walk in and you could see the lady was a bit inconvenienced that we did not do an online check in and told us there would be an hour wait unless they finished with a customer before one of the 6 on the online wait walked in, then they would have to take them first, which was fine with me. 2 hair dressers working. One girl finished and took her sweet time cleaning up. We were only customer in waiting area. Woman walked in, who did not check in online so they added her to the list. While helping her, one of the online check ins walked in with her son, so they took him back. Still just fine. I decided to wait to see if anyone showed before they finished with the boy, otherwise was just going to skip the haircut as we had been waiting 35-40 min. I explained to my nephew the plan. The hairdresser piped up and said they would take him as soon as finished little boy, which they did. While they were cutting my nephew’s hair, the other hair dresser finished up with the boys mom and was in the middle of cleaning up when a man walked in. He also did not do online check in, so she told him there would be an hour wait, despite the fact she was just about done cleaning up and not another single person was in the shop. Unbelievable. I looked at her after he left and said why did you tell him that? There isn’t another customer here? She looked at the computer a little bit and turned around and walked away. I watcher her outright lie. Can tell you, they won’t have my business again. Terrible customer service and absolutely don’t go above and beyond for anyone. That is one shop I hope shuts down until they get some decent employees!
