Tried to check in online, it said a +10 minute wait but the server was not accepting the registration so we just went. The screen says 30 minute wait, but the clerk said it would be 50 minutes. I ended up taking my daughter home and cutting her hair myself, with mixed results.

I brought my son here for a haircut. The stylist was very lazy and weird. She kind of hacked at my sons head with the clippers instead of going over his head smoothly. He said it hurt, but didn’t want to say anything because he said the stylist was “scary looking”. We won’t be back . On the plus side, this woman probably doesn’t even work there anymore since they go through a lot of staff. I have yet to see they same stylist twice. Would have been one star, but the price was good and we got in right away.
