Critical: ProfessionalismGuess I won’t be going to this great clips anymore. I’ve been trying to check in online for weeks and it always says it’s full and to try again later. The phones have not been working every time I attempt to call. So today I took some initiative and checked in really early so that I could get on the list and stop in after work. I was told I exceeded the check in time and was removed from the list. So I called and finally got through to someone and was told I can not verbally check in and will basically have to go sit around for 2 hours if I want a haircut. I’ve been going to this location for years but this is just bad business practice and as a busy mom that works full time I don’t have time to sit around for two hours after work. Guess I won’t be going to this great clips anymore. I’ve been trying to check in online for weeks and it always says it’s full and to try again later. Christa is the best! I am very picky as to who I let cut my hair since I have very curly hair, and still like to have straight hairstyles too. I’ve never had an issue with her and she loves to chat so you don’t sit there awkwardly.

Checking in online is easy. I was able to check in while working and then show up after work. The timing was perfect. Amber did a fantastic job with my cut and style that I wanted. She also was able to recommend a product to use. I’ll definitely be back!!

I tried to use this business two times this week. Drove 16 miles durning normal hours and said closed because of emergency. I understand that so I thought I would try again. This time I scheduled online as its alot of gas and it said 98 minutes. When I got there on the scheduled time they told me it would be another 90 min. There scheduleing system is not good. I have now taken my business else where and this review is for management to tell them they need to fix this. Why would you have a scheduling app that doesnt even give a good appointment time and the employee said yep we dont like it either. So There is no reason to call corporate and the location is the St. Croix Falls. The owner needs to fix this as not a good experience on their schedueling application
