They are understaffed which makes the stylists in a hurry and doesn’t always do the best job. They are the most reasonably priced in town, but you do get what you pay for. When i was there, there was a wait time of 2 hours. There was one stylist cutting hair and another walking around back while several people came in and out. Their wait time was about an hour more than what was posted.
