Usually get a decent haircut here, but you hafta check your hair at least once while they are cutting, and give instructions as to how it should look. Most cutters are friendly and skilled. On the downside, too much waiting unless you use the app with online checkin. In addition, the price is rapidly going up.

Really hit or miss depending on the stylist. Some do really quality work while others have given me crooked and choppy cuts. I’ve been going to this location for years and rarely see the same stylists so it’s tough to know the quality of cut I’ll leave with. The online check-in is super convenient. When it’s really busy, if you don’t use it, you’ll never reach the front of the line because so many people use it to check in ahead of time.

Don’t even bother doing walk in waited 90mins for a haircut. Lady said they would text me 15mins before appointment. A text never came. Went back in and they said I’d have to wait another 90mins. Horrible system.
