Their online check in system is terrible because before I got there I had to wait 40 minutes and then once I was checked in after I got there I unexpectedly had to wait another 45 minutes and so it was over an hour before I ever was given a haircut! This wasted alot of my time! I’ll take the “call in for a specific hair cut time” method of other places instead!

Its not bad. Theyre pretty good about getting you done quickly once you get in the chair, but sometimes you have some wait over an hour. Last visit was a 72 minute wait.

Online check in is useless. Wait time was 50 minutes. Showed up and still had to wait 30 more minutes after initial 50 minute post check in. Stylist blew her nose then didn’t wash her hands. Haircut is what you’d expect from a strip mall haircut place
