This lady ruined my hair! I went in for a haircut yesterday and she cut it WAY TOO SHORT! I have thick beautiful curls and she did not account for that. They said they knew how to cut curly hair but they do not. Because of their lack of experience i am now stuck looking like a dark haired Annie for the next 5 months until it grows out.
