All I asked for was a straight-across cut and a bang trim. The woman that preformed the cut was so rude to me when I was adjusting my hair in between cuts to make sure I liked it. I finally said forget it and just left. I looked in the mirror at home and noticed each side of my hair was at LEAST an inch difference from the other. A dog could have done a better job. I will never be going back.

It just depends I took my 2 year old there to get her bangs cut and she was perfectly still but they cut her bangs WAY too short and uneven. But my husband gets his cut there and it turns out great every time. I will never take my daughter there again but my husband likes it 🙂

Checked in with an estimated 35 minute wait. Over an hour and 20 minutes later we were still waiting. Meanwhile 4 employees sat and talked about when the best time to get margaritas as a staff was. Haircuts were quite subpar.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this Great Clips. The hairdressers are kind and get a great job done while still handling a huge line every time I’ve come in. They’re also the only retail hair cut location in Madison on Sundays, so I hope you like it too if you need a haircut that day!

I get decent haircuts here, but the check-in experience leaves much to be desired. The website quoted a wait of over an hour, but I could see that the salon was empty except for one other customer, who was already being served. The wait list showed the same name five times. It makes it look like the employees were artificially filling the list up so that they wouldn’t have to work.

Showed up a few minutes before the google listed open time to ensure a shorter wait. It wasn’t until a few minutes after 9:00 that I noticed the shelves empty, and computer system gone from the customer service counter. No notice of this on the door or the google listing. I used to frequent this store, but removing the on-line check-in function after the pandemic began made this more and more difficult. I understand that staff shortages are a contributing reason for this, and I don’t begrudge the staff for it. But the lack of effort of simply maintaining hours of operation meant I drove away without a haircut for the 4th or 5th time in the last year; I’ve lost count. Its frustrating and I’m tired of having my time wasted. I used to really like this location but I give up and am going to stop trying.
