I have only had positive experiences with this location after going here for a couple of years. They tend to have multiple hairdressers at any given time, so if you check in online via the Great Clips app and come when you are prompted to, there is almost never any wait. If you don’t have any complicated needs and want a quick haircut, I highly recommend getting it here.

Awful location… have had multiple visits, wait time on the app does not reflect reality. I recieve notice that I have 12 minutes left and I walk in and 1 person cutting hair and 3 people in front of me. When you leave work and only have 30 minutes, why even have the app! I have done Great Clips for years with their coupon cards F9r $11.99 that I bought in late fall. But past year, they did not sell the coupon cards and but sent me an email with an discount offer. From the same email, I clicked the check-in email and went to the Verona location. Great Hair cut- but I paid the full price as I was told that the coupon was not valid in that location. I felt that I was deceived as I checked in with the email that had a discount offer.

Uneven sides, hair line was so crooked,very choppy in spots, thicker on one side than the other. It looked like I should get a hair cut! I had to go to elsewhere that same day to get it fixed.
