Great staff and a place that did away with the “You get what you pay for” thought process. They have always done a good job dealing with my phobia that they are going to cut too much or make me look ridiculous, since it’s happened before, that I don’t even get anxious before I go in anymore. I’m bad with names, but the woman who worked there, it was actually her day off. She opened on Wednesday, which wasn’t normal business hours. She didn’t have anything going on so she opened. I did make an appointment bc it was a 2 hr wait for walk ins. She did an excellent job at cutting my hair. Very friendly.

I normally don’t have issues with Monroe Great Clips, however, the last time I went- my haircut was done so poorly I had to go to Janesville and pay a second time to get it redone correctly (Janesville did a wonderful job).
