If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady who cut my hair seemed like she’d rather not be cutting my hair and didn’t talk yet was talking to everyone else. She would talk to other people while cutting my hair, not looking at what she was cutting. I asked for some layers and curtain bangs and I got the worst haircut I have ever gotten! My “curtain bangs” aren’t just a small section from the front, they go halfway back my head, and the layers are super choppy and uneven. I don’t even think there’s anything to do to fix this haircut and make it look good.

The customer service here was excellent! They had over an hour wait time, and were all busy cutting hair. That didn’t stop someone from greeting us immediately and then helping us at the desk before I could even try to sit down in a chair! My fiancé and I had reservations made so we got to wait comfortably until we would be next up. The wait wasn’t long at all. My fiancé’s hair cut(done by Allison) turned out perfect! My hair is a bit wavy when wet and mine looked good while it was still wet. However, I straightened my hair this morning, and the hair cut is far from perfect. I’m actually really disappointed. We came from Whitewater to Janesville just for these hair cuts. I just wish the cut matched the customer service we received! I would honestly even encourage my fiancé to come back just because of the customer service. I’m not so sure I would come back though. You kind of get one chance with me and my hair, and then I’m scarred for life. I gave 4 stars for the awesome customer service, and because my fiancé had no issues with his cut.

Ann was a happy and helpful soul. Listened to what I wanted and spent the extra effort to make sure I left happy. Everyone seemed quick and resourceful, I didn’t see anyone leave displeased with their service. LOVE the online check in.

Very busy. Had a 35 minute wait, that’s not too bad. Had an adequate amount of personnel and they are very good haircuts are given. Should use internet to schedule your appt. I still am a “walk in” kind of customer and sometimes I have a bit extra wait.

I hated Stephanie left the Beloit establishment and that closed period , it is very hard to get to her with my schedule but I wait untill I can as she the BEST and I will not let anyone cut or color my hair, as watching everyone seemed nice and professional. Still want you guys back in Beloit!:)

Fine haircut but zero covid protocols in place. Took my daughter who’s too young for vaccination for a haircut. Only three masks in the whole place and it was very busy. The lady who cut her hair was not friendly at all and clearly had the sniffles and was coughing througought the haircut with no mask. Almost walked out & I will not be returning.

Went in wearing mask following safety protocol. She went to put a piece of paper ribbon around my neck. I told her I prefer you did not. She said that’s how they do things there. So we were done at that point. I refuse to have someone cut my hair and going to tell me how it’s going to be done. I refuse and will not go back there again. She not only wasted my time but lost out on tip and business. Here’s some advice the customer is always right when it comes to something like this.

Stopped in for haircut for 2 year old grandson, first thing desk girl says is he has to wear a mask. We told her that he is not able to wear one and he’s only 2 1/2 yrs old. She rudely says he can’t come in here then. My daughter informed her that Wisconsin mandate age is 5 and the girl starts to argue back so we left and will never ever go back.
