Making an online reservation was easy, I was taken right away. I liked the haircut I was given. The stylist was very nice and chatty. She did not, however, ask if I needed any products. I have had my hair cut there a few times however this time when I left I thought the cut was ok…not great…until I got home and discovered a chunk of hair missing in the back…very distressing and disturbing. Yes it will grow back but 5/8 of an inch isn’t an inch and more! Won’t be back.

Nice, new and clean location. Staff I had for my haircut was friendly, efficient and did a nice job. Prices are marked up quite a bit more than other non-Meijer and stand alone locations… The mark up will likely drive me to another great clips since I do prefer this particular establishment.

Been having my hair cut there for awhile since I moved to the area they always been great until today the gal that cut my hair chopped it up I even had to tell her she forgot the other side and she cut it dry! .I have curly hair it’s not even blended and my head hurts from being pulled. I was in that chair all of 5 minutes!!!!

Really not sure what I paid for. I asked for 2 inches to be cut off, my bangs trimmed and my hair thinned. When she thinned my hair, all she did was trim a few places here and there. When you have thick hair like I do, that doesn’t do much. I didn’t realize I needed to ask for my hair to be dried so I left with wet hair. The next day, it didn’t even look like I got a haircut. If you have long hair, I would recommend going elsewhere. I’ve had better haircuts at beauty schools.
