I had an absolutely amazing experience, let me tell ya! Ok, I really needed a last minute haircut on like a Sunday or something & it’s hard because I’ve noticed everything business-wise, still seems to be off since Covid even though for the most part everything has drastically improved?! So anyways, I was just content to even get in someplace because like I said, I had a last minute, very important engagement spring-up for that next Monday morning! Yet still, because I’ve got this ridiculously wavy, ultra thick hair that I’ve hated since I was a wee little guy, I kept my expectations in-check because frankly, there’s not a whole lot of options for a boy/man when your hair’s thicker than a Trump Deciple’s skull & the barber has to get out Industrial heavy-duty landscaping equipment because your brilopad for a nogging-mop has burned out all their trimmers! Anyhow, the nice lady who got stuck with me (I wish I could remember her name,) was absolutely a breath of fresh air & actually gave me something new to work with style-wise & was a great conversationalist who actually was smart enough to know when I’d joke or jest, instead of immediately taking offense like so many Karen’s out there who take everything literal, LITERALLY!

The 5 stars are for the asian lady and the latina that was there when I came with my daughter. They took their time cutting people’s hair with a lot of care. I gave a good tip to the lady that cut my daughter’s hair but I felt like she did not deserve it. She just snipped it, did not wet it felt very rushed and done without too much effort. Next time I know who to book an appointment with.

Please don’t ever go here! Not arriving the girl that cut my hair I told her that I had nerve damage and a sensitive scalp and she took a comb with pointed needles and dug into my scalp where I have nerve damage and was scraping it like a garden rake! I know I have severe burning on my scalp and I will be like this for a while possibly weeks! After I told her she was hurting me and she said oh I’ll use a different comb because that one has pointed ridges. Why would she do that in the first place after I told you 10 minutes before that I have a sensitive scalp and nerve damage! Never again!

Staff is friendly and we had a nice talk. She cut my hair shorter than I wanted, after I told her I wanted only about half a inch trim all over. She took off more than a inch from what was falling on me. It looks ok, but not what I asked for.

My wife has visited this location in the past with excellent results, however, she had her hair done yesterday (Wednesday, 3/9) and it was horrible. At first, from the front, it looked nice, but when she turned around it was horrible. Not only was her hair cut uneven, but she has a large scratch mark on her neck from where the girl had nicked her. She doesn’t recall the girls name who did her hair, but she doubts she’ll go back to this location again. I wish I could share the pictures I took.

I told the stylist I wanted a trim and it needed to stay long enough to be able to be put up into a ponytail, which in fact it is not now, I had high hopes she was super nice which is the only reason I’m giving a 3 outta 5 but highly disappointed in my cut, the “layers” she did I can see the exact lines going straight across my hair there’s no “blending” if will and hair is definitely not long enough for a ponytail which was my ONLY request.
