Everyone there was super nice and my hair cut turned out great, even though I asked for something a bit weird and unusual. They were super careful about keeping masks on and helping me keep my mask on the whole time. She held the ear band to keep it on my face even when she had to trim around my ears. I really appreciate the consideration!

Critical: CleanlinessI was there today for a haircut. While I was there an employee walked in very disheveled and not wearing a mask. I told her to wear aask, and another employee balled me out and informed me that at this store, no employees wear masks to work, and this is how we run things at this store!When they get there, they get their masks out of the back room. I also noticed they don’t sanitize their combs and sissors between customers, but I felt very uncomfortable, because I had already angered them by daring to ask an employee to put on a mask.It’s obvious that they:1. Refuse to follow cdc guidelines2. Don’t care about the health of their customers.3. Don’t care about sanitation.4.
