Critical: QualityMy usual barber was out of town so I saw this place on Google maps and stopped in for a quick cut for a last minute customer meeting the following day. The woman taking appointments was not rude, but not pleasant. Sort of a “yeah, whatever” attitude. The woman curing my hair acted quite similar. So for customer service and general politeness I give them “yeah, whatever” marks. You should at least try to smile even if the customer knows it’s fake.I know the woman cut my hair with the intension of doing as little as possible. I think she spent less than 5 minutes. I left with my hair wet so I couldn’t tell the quality of the cut, but when it dried OMG was it gapped up. A week later I went back to my usual guy and he got a good laugh.I think the basic problem is the two people who were working there when I went in just could care less. I don’t know about the rest of the staff. My usual barber was out of town so I saw this place on Google maps and stopped in for a quick cut for a last minute customer meeting the following day. The woman taking appointments was not rude, but not pleasant. Sort of a “yeah, whatever” attitude. The woman curing my hair acted quite similar. Critical: QualityNone of the people working there know how to cut hair. A medium skin fade is not a difficult thing to do. I have gone to this location 7 times with a different person each time and they have not done it right yet, even with me telling them how I want it. Today was the lat time. They are unable to make a straight line when blending the different lengths. I do not recommend anyone go to this location. I brought my boyfriend here because he have normally had good experiences at other locations, but the women who was working was absolutely rude when we walked in. Had the music blaring so we could barely hear what she was saying. I swear she has never given a men’s hair cut before.
