Got my hair cut from a women with black hair, and although she seemed nice. Her hair cutting skills are either not up to a salon standard or she just did not like her job… I went in for a simple 6 inches off with layers, frames face, thinned out and LONG layered bangs. I did not get that. I have a mullet. 8 inches were cut off, layering was choppy and not evened or finished/ blended, my bangs are 2 inches shorter and frizzled not blended im into my hair and when I asked for just layering and she never thinned out my hair. I gave her a 5 dollar tip which I highly regret on top of even spending money to come here. It was rushed even tho there was only her and I there. Not happy once so ever. I will not recommend that person to no one….. does that look even to yall? I’ve had this same hair cut for years now, and yes even tho diffrent stylist calls for their own technique but atleast the hair cuts came out pretty much he same. This one is a modern day mullet, and I’m not trying to look like a younger Billy Ray Cyrus. Not happy with this situation at all.

These women were very rude. They kept talking poorly about other customers walking in and out. They were in such a rush that the cut was not even and they practically yanked out my daughter’s hair. The wait time was crazy and they seemed annoyed that we arrived when we did even though we didn’t leave until our text told us we had 15 minutes. Overall, unfriendly and terrible service. I’ll never come here again particularly because of these two women.

I had higher hopes after staying away for a couple of years. Staff was argumentative and uncooperative. When I asked them to fix an area of my sons hair, they just argued and said that’s what I asked for. Either buy your own razor to buzz at home or go somewhere else. Zero customer service here. Person cutting my hair was very nice but did not know what a shaggy pixie was. Left with some sort of haircut that looks nothing like a pixie after sitting in the chair for an hour. Will not go back.
