Worst haircut experience of my life! After waiting an hour past me check-in time, the so called “barber” did not listen to my requests or input on how I wanted MY hair cut. Instead, he fumbled around dropping his different clippers and complained about his back hurting. I should’ve walked out when I saw him doing this same thing to the 2 people before me. Instead, I was left with trying to fix the hack job on my own at home for the remainder of the night!

Anyone leaving sour grape reviews for this Great Clips must work at one of those expensive salons. This place is great. My fluffy hair is hard to cut. In and out in 15 minutes, please leave the staff a generous tip because their skill set is better than the expensive places in the area. At first, it was hit or miss. One of the Russian guys wouldn’t even listen to me. Told me he knew what was best & proceeded to give me one of the worst haircuts I’ve EVER gotten. Then I got a newbie who was so nervous his hands were shaking, needless to say, not a great cut. But the I found . . . KRISTIN!!!! MY HUSBAND & I have been going to her for a number of years. She took the time to see how our hair grows & compensated for cowlicks & other weird anomalies. She gives great advice on how to take care between cuts. Last week I got my hair cut for the first time in a year (I was growing it out). The cut was so good that, as it grew out it looked fantastic & well put together. Then I decided I didn’t want it£ long after all, & I told her I trusted & to go for it! I have gotten so many compliments since last Thursday that I lost count. Kristin is very talented & has s great eye. She has never let us down. I even call ahead to make sure she’s working & if she isn’t, then we wait. We are Team Kristin all the way. Her work is outstanding!
